Cash Flow Management

Lack of cash flow is the #1 cause of business failure in Australia.

On a personal front, cash flow problems can cause a huge amount of personal stress for you and your family. At Fusion, we have multiple solutions to your cash flow challenges including:

  • Refinancing – refinance your mortgage and consolidate it with other debts into a solution that reduces interest repayments and the strain on your cash flow.
  • Restructure – by restructuring your business or personal affairs, our Wealth Advisory and Strategy divisions can help reduce the drain of your fixed costs and work to a budget designed to deliver you bottom line profit.
  • Growth – many businesses are sitting on a huge untapped profit potential within their existing client base. Speak with one of our Fusion Strategy Advisors and let them show you how much profit and cash flow you are missing out on in your business.
  • Direct Debit – why not put your customers and overdue accounts on a direct debit payment plan so you can get paid automatically, freeing you to focus on your business, not chasing delinquent accounts.
  • Debtor Financing – Did you know it is possible to unlock up to 80% of the cash from within your debtors list by using Debtor Financing, or that you can spot factor a single larger invoice up to 80%? Ask us about how you can get paid within 3 days of invoicing your customers.

Action is the best cure for your cash flow challenges.
